We warrant that our watch(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any parts found to be defective in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from exposure to water or moisture beyond the stated water resistance rating.
To ensure the water resistance of your luxury watch, please follow these guidelines:
- Do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is submerged in water.
- Do not expose the watch to hot water or steam.
- If the watch comes into contact with salt water, rinse it thoroughly with fresh water and dry it immediately.
- Have the watch tested for water resistance periodically by an authorized service center.
- Please note that this warranty is void if the watch has been opened or serviced by anyone other than an authorized service center. Additionally, this warranty is only valid if the watch was purchased from an authorized dealer.

According to the guidelines of what can be done according to the ATM/Meter rating of your particular watch. Please follow the guidelines in the schematic.
For most of our watches which come with a "3 atm / 30 m" rating, that means you can do things such as wash hands, go in the rain, wash your car. However don't take the watch in the shower, swimming or diving or other activites which include the same exposure to water.

This warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the watch.
